1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WABIT's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

WABIT provides an interface and tools for managing the WhatsApp Business API. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You must ensure that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Meta's Commerce Policies.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WABIT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
